Absolutely horrible. I walked in to get some water for my kids. A employee with dreadlocks was at the counter calling people “faggots” which is discriminatory and considered hate speech, screaming along with cussing out a female employee. A older woman ( who was a customer) was having to tell tell the male employee to calm down because there was customers. This has GOT to be the worst 7/11 in Greenville. That employee needs to be fired ASAP. Very aggressive and hostile. I couldn’t trust sending my kids in here alone anymore. Action needs to be taken for the safety of the employees and the customers. I will never be back. Especially while that man remains employed

As a dasher, I always appreciate stores that go out of their way to help and be Deriek (Sorry if I spelled that wrong} and Helena went out of their way on Sunday to help me make right a mistake on a customer order from another establishment. They went above and beyond to help me do right by this customer. It's employees like that that make this location really shine my hat's off to them and to the owners. I say both of them deserve a big raise. Thank you and you are appreciated

Got gas here yesterday. No receipt at the pump went inside. Gave them the number of the pump. Got my receipt no problem

Absolutely dog water customer serviceFemale was unbelievably rude, along with the Indian fellow that barely could speak And came off route as well.I hope management can find better replacements for these people they do not deserve to be in the workforce.The gentleman who appear to be new, was excellent kind, and patient.

They NEVER refill the receipts at the pump. NEVER!!! The people in the store are lazy, the manager is lazy, and after calling the district manager numerous times complaining over the last 2 years, still the same issue. If I didn't live so close, I'd go elsewhere. I'm already starting to search the area, especially since Sphinx is right down Wade Hampton now. It's cleaner, nicer, and has a better selection of products.

Cashier claims she couldn't do a Cash App transaction at the register although barcode clearly stated "show cashier barcode" She seemed more interested in playing on her phone and seemed bothered that I approached her. I'll stick to Quiktrip where the people are friendly and actually want to help people.

My visit was to make a late-night 2L cola purchase. Because they are open 24°/day, 7 days a week, Seven-Eleven is perfect and convenient for that late-night must-have. This particular location is always clean and well maintained. The setup makes it easy to navigate the aisles and quickly find what you are looking for. The location is well lit on the outside including the area where the gas pumps are located. Convenient parking directly in front of the store and on the side of the building. A wheelchair ramp allows for easy access to the entrance of the building. The staff is friendly and willing to assist you in locating an item.
