If I could give zero stars I would I have gone into Walmart multiple times to cash checks before and those checks I've never put the third on them and I've never had a problem but whenever I get a Karen manager that decides she's not going to cash it because of that is ridiculous because I've cash checks that don't have the third on them before. Customer Service needs a series overhaul the CEO and president and mangers of Walmart need to get their heads out of their asses. If somebody is a senior Junior or the third no payroll puts that on a payroll check. Walmart you really need to take a serious look at your customer service and how you cash checks. Because this is ridiculous.

I went into fabrics to locate a fastener. I explained to the associate what I wanted. She had just finished talking to the store manager. I let her know it's something that tightens straps on book bags. She looked confused then decided to say they didn't carry it. My mother who's worked for Walmart for 22 years told me to go to an area called "notions" we found it in less than a minute. I made sure to tell the lady we found it and showed it to her. She did ask for us to show her where we located it and she apologized she told us no. I'm just not impressed with the lackluster customer service. She gave up without even looking.

This place is a joke. The last 4 grocery pickup orders I've got had issues. Either the wrong items picked, missing items or damaged - leaking items. A few weeks back they put my groceries in my trunk and I left. When I started to unpack them at home I saw my package of chicken breasts had leaked all over. Today when I got home the laundry detergent cap wasn't on and it leaked all over my trunk, not to mention they put my sliced deli cheese in the same bag. I will never shop here again. Absolute train wreck

This is THE cleanest and nicest Walmart that I have been to in all of Myrtle Beach so far. There were even 2 employees that were friendly and smiled! Honestly this will be the only one I drive to from now on. Thank you

I am absolutely appalled at what I saw today at Walmart. While going to get my cold cuts, I saw two employees with no masks on in the deli section. In the city of myrtle beach, it is a mandated order to wear a mask in public places especially when you are working at a store like Walmart and dealing with the food of customers. I was so disgusted and turned off that I actually didn't get cold cuts from the deli section. There is a pandemic going on and I don't want anyone's germs breathing onto my food because of a Walmart employees carelessness and lack of responsibility to do what is asked of them and to keep customers safe. Walmart should be fined by the city of Myrtle beach.

I bought a thermometer online from Walmart back in April. The thermometer never worked. I submitted a form online to return the item to my local store (there was no mention of the stores not taking back returns). Today, June 10th is the last day to return the item. On 2 occasions I have spoken with a customer service supervisor and have been told they can not take pharmaceutical items back at this time. Walmart never closed down. They were still making money during the country's shut down. Therefore, they should not keep the money spent on defective products. I feel this is their way of getting an interest free loan at the consumer's expense. They have had my money for over a month and a half.

Don't understand why so many people are allowed in the store during a pandemic. This manager should be ashamed!!!! Every other Walmart in the area limits how many people are allowed in at a time. And the spray bottle at the door is not a disinfectant, it's windex. No precautions are being taken at this location. And why is Dunkin' Donuts still open???

Every single time we come here there is a problem. No one is friendly. It's always dirty. Today I'm standing in the customer service line with 9 other people and there is 1 person working. There are however 4 other employees behind the counter standing and talking. When someone behind me asked if one of the were able to assist, not one of them even bothered to answer. 21 minutes and counting in this line. This is why i pay more to shop ANYWHERE else.

Ppl standing in long lines to check out and it takes 1 cashier, 2 CSMs and 1 LP to come check 8 coupons. And the mgr of the STORE cant read or comprehend coupons!! Shame you have to call LP over a coupon and then you lied to him about it. Karma will come back on you for being a LIAR!

Horrible customer service...do not believe their same day pickup scheme. Tried to call customer csre, was on hold for 45 minutes until someone answered just for her to tell me she has no clue where my order is or when it will be ready to pickup. Instantly telling me she's putting my back on hold for extra 20 minutes. Very rude and unprofessional especially with the holidays going on. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this supercenter. Not worth the hassle just to be surrounded by an always busy crowd.

Horrible. As all other Walmart's. Selection is very poor, lines are HUGE especially if you need to return or exchange anything - the line will easily take 30-40 min. Unacceptable. That's why I am trying to avoid Walmart like a plaque

Terrible Walmart, the parking lot was chaos and most of the staff seemed to have little desire to help me. In fact, a young man named Matt in electronics and the two people working in sporting goods were the only ones to assist us. I'd say either go to Target or literally any other Walmart in the area because from the parking lot to the staff just about everything here was a mess... especially the bathroom.

I needed help in the auto department this afternoon and looked around for a clerk. I could find no person so I called the Walmart on my phone and asked for help. I waited 10 minutes then called again on my phone to the main office and said "Please send some one to the auto department. 10 minutes later no one came so I walked out and went to NAPA. I'm temporarily handicapped with a dislocated patella and walk with a crutch so I was annoyed I could get no help.

Best Walmart ever. Staff available to answer your questions and help you find things. Very clean.
