I went there last Wednesday and didn't like it. The lady working before it would close in about an hour was nice nasty friendly. Very passive aggressive. She didn't like when I asked where she's from. The Carolina accent is usually more distinct than hers. She said the table and chairs price was for the whole set and I said I thought so but then she got an attitude as she said back how every furniture store is different. I know. I work with furniture for a living. Usually when there's one price it's for a whole set, otherwise it would have to list different prices with one for the table and the other for the chairs and if it's three prices then it would list the biggest price for the whole set. Everything is overpriced there. She had such a mean spirited attitude. I

We went to numerous furniture stores before discovering Owls Nest and they were the Best by far. Phil and Kelly took care of us like we were the only ones there. We purchased the England power sofa and 2 power recliners and a lift top coffee table. The warranties and quality are great and my wife and I highly recommend Owls Nest for just about anything you need from furniture to pictures and everything else. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Phil and Kelly.

Outstanding customer service! They have a wonderful selection of Beachy Style Furniture at reasonable prices. I bought a couple of rooms full of furniture from them. They're very knowledgeable on their furniture. They are hands-down the most knowledgeable store I have dealt with when refurnishing my house. If I needed additional furniture, I would not hesitate to go back there. I had some issues with some blinds and they were outstanding and corrected the issues, and I deeply appreciated their supreme customer service... they sincerely care about their customers and they sincerely care that you're happy.

I purchased the Elements-Cloud 9 Sectional sofa. It is an absolute piece of garbage. The down comes out of the cushion. The quills poke your body. The cushions are so flat that they literally fall in the floor. Never, ever, have I been so disappointed.Oddly, the sales ladies laughed when I said I wanted it. It will cost $750. to replace the down with the high density foam that should have been used in the first place.I will never go back.I would steer clear of this place.

We bought a leather England brand recliner sofa and loveseat from Owls Nest a couple years ago. Besides getting a good deal at their warehouse we are very impressed with their customer service after the sale. Recently one of the recliner electric motor driven mechanical mechanisms went dead. We called and they sent their repair technician to check it out. It was discovered that the motor was okay but the toggle switch had failed. Two weeks later and the technician, Bill, finished the repair perfectly. I am very surprised and impressed that Owl’s Nest even HAS a repair tech. I felt transported back to a time when things were repaired rather than replaced. Needless to say, I highly recommend Owl’s Nest for any furniture needs.

Still waiting on stools I ordered 2 1/2 months ago. They were supposed to deliver them to me they did not. Now I can’t get anyone to answer the phone.

Do you need something beachy for your house, condo or apartment. Do you need new lamps or Knick knacks? This is the place to go. It is my favorite furniture store. I recently purchased two "fish" chairs and they were also able to deliver them the next day. I could buy everything in this store. That is how much I love it. Would I come back here? Of course. If you see me there, stop by and say hello and tell me what you bought.
