Place is a rip off when it comes to buying.. selling a brand new toddler bed AND mattress and the best they can do is $20. They are lucky it was taking up too much space and needed to get rid of it. If you are trying to sell anything other than clothes do yourself a favor and sell on marketplace.

Everything is dirty. Trash was all over the floor. The staff were rude, specifically the older woman who checked me out. I was rushed away from check out so a staff member could ring up her items. 10/10 recommend just making the drive to the location in Florence, it is 100x better.

These ladies are so nice and helpful. The baby furniture is immaculate and works perfectly. I would recommend them to any grandparents expecting little visitors!

Me and my boyfriend collect toys, this is the BEST place to go for collectors. I collect dolls and he collects legos. Find some of the best toys for the best prices. No thrift stores in the area compare. We visit once a week. The staff are also always so friendly. Sometimes people can be judgmental of adults collecting kids toys but now here! I can’t recommend this place enough.

AWFUL SERVICE! I came here with my granddaughter wanting to get something for her reborn. We found a swing that layes back, and my granddaughter really wanted it. It wouldn't fit in the car at the time with all of our things in the trunk. We payed and got our receipt to hold it until Monday. We came back Monday, and my granddaughter went in receipt in hand. She said that I had already picked it up even though I had been at my store all day. They were rude and told her to bring me in. Turns out a lady had come to pick up a bassinet earlier. Without even asking for a name let alone a receipt they just gave it to her! They were extremely rude about the whole situation and did nothing but throw 35 bucks in my hands. My granddaughter was upset but picked up something else. It was not as good quality but she really wanted something for the reborn. It was heavy and the cashier didn't give her a discount! They never helped her get it out the door and rolled their eyes when she struggled to pick it up. I have never seen such a disrespect company.

Make sure to check what they buy! They will buy all your expensive stuff and try to low ball you. First time I got the money I deserved. But the second tried to scam me do not recommend

The WORST place to sell your child's toys/clothes etc..also very rude staff as it relates to their process of inventory intake and valuation. A better option, in my opinion, is to sell on the marketplace or simply donating. Regardless of condition, this store is brilliant at offering next to nothing for quality toys/clothes which allows them to make a better than average profit. I actually had a few quality items STILL new and unopened that had exceeded Amazons window for returns...this store actually declined them altogether! If I were the proprietor, I'd be discussing those decisions with my subordinate. Thats just plain dumb! They claim that those decisions are based on inventory. they also explained that they cannot accept donations (don't know if thats a policy or a state law regulation for the nature of their business) it does, however, explain why they will offer very little for a profitable item. They are, of course, FOR PROFIT! Bottom line? Great little store in which to shop but the worst place to SELL quality stuff. While I can appreciate the business model, I especially was turned off by the overall rudeness and demeanor of their staff. Business 101 is as follows: "The PURPOSE of a business is to CREATE a customer" profits are a mere byproduct of that principle. Be nice to your customers as opposed to treating them "as if" they were a burden.

I came here on my vacation to the beach a few weeks ago. I normally go the the Once Upon a Child at home, but decided to give this one a try.The employees there were very rude. I assumed they had a bad day, everyone does, but the women who checked my son & I out was ridiculously rude. My 4 year old son spoke to her at LEAST 6 times and she continued to ignore him to the point where I just told him to stop trying to speak to her. They act like it’s an inconvenience to even come into their store. I am easy to get along with and like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt & realize going through the clothes and brought in items and picking up the mess from others everyday is frustrating to say the least, but if you can’t be nice to people, especially children, please, work somewhere else.

They put alot of winter clothes out too early, it's alot of stuff out of order and I did see a couple bugs on some outfits. They have some good things but I feel they are a lil overpriced.
