“Associates are very nice and helpful. A large variety of items. Dog food and supplies too! There is a self-wash pet grooming area available with dryer. Vet clinic on site too although I did not have the opportunity to view closely and do not know if an appointment is needed.”
“Not sure what how people have had problems here, however since I've been fixing up my property these guys have been pretty good. Ive bought plenty of sand for my chicken run, mulch for my fruit trees trees and recently built a vegetable garden for the wife and these guys were very helpful on what to use and how. Months later wife is content and so am i. Will continue to use them, sucks to read all the negative reviews but these guys have been great to me.”

“Originally we were not going here. We wanted to buy a grill for my sun for Christmas. We went to Lowe's first. After looking at grills inside and out, we wanted an associate to help us. There was no one around. I went to the service desk and told them what I needed. They said they would call. I never heard anything. After being there for twenty minutes with no help, we decided to go to Home Depot. We also decided that we would never go to Lowe's again. Off to Home Depot. The difference was night and day. I went to the service desk and within a few minutes, an associate showed up for us. She was very helpful. This is the place to go. We purchased the grill for our son. Would I come back here? Of course! This is the place to go.”
“i ordered and received a toilet after 9 days waiting. i paid $190.00 for the install to be done by ars on 8/23. no sign of them. i called their place of business. i have no idea what the "heck" is going on and apparently neither do they. home depot screwed this one up. ars will be out 8/24 so they tell me. hd had messed up the delivery date and therefore the install date was put on "hold." the toilet sits in my living room. hd never contacted me at all to let me know what happened. had i not dug into this issue this morning, hd would have had my money on my hd credit card and i guess i could have decorated the toilet for christmas in my living room. disgusted? you bet!”

“The store is located in a high traffic area and can be hard to get out from. As for shopping it's your typical big box hardware store. People for the most part are friendly but if you do run into someone unwilling to help you just go up front and ask someone else. I needed a piece of Masonite cut and the first guy I asked said he would lose his job if he cut it. No problem I just asked another guy and he cut it up in a couple of minutes.”
“Every year our sister sends us a table centerpiece for the holidays and every year it's perfect. They usually last well past the holiday. The delivery driver was kind enough to place in the shade and I made sure to water it. Thank you Inlet Flowers!”
