Walter was most helpful at the store location. It was a little difficult finding Prime Storage and the address did not include NORTH rt 17. Once I found the store I was very happy with the service.

We have an outdoor storage area. The facility seems clean, safe and secure. The people have been excellent. They lose one star because of the price being a bit high.

I USED PRIME STORAGE (SURFSIDE BEACH) FOR THE FIRST TIME AS I STAY 6 MONTHS HERE AND THEN LEAVE FOR NY FOR 6 MONTHS DURING THE SUMMER. THE WHOLE STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER ARE FANTASTIC. THE PROCESS WAS SEEMLESS AND AS I HAD QUESTIONS WHILE AWAY THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY EVEN HAD A BILLING ISSUE CORRECTED RIGHT AWAY. I WILL BE USING THEM ONGOING AS I COME AND GO FOR THE WINTER SEASON WITH MY STORAGE NEEDS. GREAT SEREVICE...JOY R.

Walter was great and very detailed. He walked the property with us so we can see how easy it is to get our pods in and out of the property. His professionalism and desire to get us taken care of was very appreciated. We would recommend this location.

We booked a parking space for my parents coming to town for the week because we had too many vehicles at our condo building according to HOA rules and what a simple process with this storage place. Everything was done remotely and signed contracts by email. The property is secured by gate and we saw many cameras. Definitely recommend

Very clean and well taken care of place.Storage unit was great but unfortunately we had to let it go.Not because if the service but because we no longer need it anymore.You will not be disappointed with this Storage place!Maybe we will be back in the future!

I needed to store my car for only three weeks while vacationing and didn’t need an ongoing storage facility. I was hesitant because I had never used a storage facility away from my home town. I was very pleased with everyone I spoke with at Prime Storage in Myrtle Beach/Surfside, SC. I highly recommend them for long term or short term storage.

We stopped in today to view the facility & inquire regarding availability/pricing. We were referred by the front desk at Surfside Realty.We were met by Walter. His personality and diligence were outstanding. Walter was thorough and knowledgeable regarding this facility & the company as a whole.The facility is top notch and clean. Most impressive.The location is outstanding for us.We had an excellent experience and look forward to moving into our unit.

My rental company, Surfside Realty, told me to call this place and it was Exceptionally clean! Easy online process with option to pay and receive info on the spot! Within a matter of minutes I had a place to store my extra belongings INSIDE for that extra comfort knowing my items are safe and sound! The best and most surprising feature- When I pulled in to unload and then realized I could pull my vehicle inside the gate to unload safely! If you’re in the Surfside Beach area, call this place.

We rented a storage to help with our linens to take care of our vacation rental homeowners and we should have done this so much earlier.
