On the day we were leaving to go home, our truck wouldn’t start. Called AAA. The starter went out in our truck. They towed us to their shop, replaced our starter and had us back on the road in less than 4 hours on a Saturday. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. Very friendly, courteous. Turned a stressful situation into a good experience.

Our battery died at the car wash and we called AAA and they had Defalco's out inside of 20 min. Our tech person was Mr. Esteban he was very polite & professional he checked our battery and replaced it pretty quick to help us get on our way. We appreciated the ease in which Mr. Esteban made everything go so smoothly.

DeFalco’s was amazing! Our Dodge Durango needed a tow and repair! They took care of both. They were attentive to our needs, curtious and gave us excellent service. We do not live in the area but definitely recommend this to anyone who lives here. Well done!!

We called AAA because our car wouldn’t start. They sent Defalco automotive and towing out to help us. The technician, Esteban, was fantastic! We have had contact with him on a previous roadside problem and he provided great service at that time as well. He is knowledgeable, personable, And prompt.

Diagnosed a problem that another shop could not do. They are worth their weight and gold. The tow truck driver's name was Sal. And he is the one that suggested that I take it to their shop that they had great mechanics. He could not have given me better advice. Everyone I dealt with was very patient and very kind.

Worst place ever. 0 stars. They should be ashamed of themselves to rip people off. Tow a golf cart 1 mile on a Saturday so they know they can charge you two days storage fee. $350 for 1 mile tow of a golf cart. Been parking in the same spot all week, but you do it on a Saturday. A total rip off, and I will never visit Myrtle Beach again.
They are in cahoots with Horry County and A-Jax rentals also. Be careful if you ever plan on renting a golf cart.
I would look somewhere else.
Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I’ll definitely choose another beach to visit next time. Last time you will scam this guy. Enjoy it.
Ps. You’re a joke told me to meet you there I ordered a Uber. Get all the way there and dropped off and Your office crew was in the car, sat right there and looked at me and pulled off and your tow truck driver talk to me in the back while I stood beside the golf cart. You still wouldn’t let me pay the money. Held it and charge two extra days and then I had to walk all the back to the hotel after all that. You can make any excuse you want. You all are Sorry, $350 for a 1 mile tow. Good luck to Everyone that uses this place and I’m sorry to Anybody else that has been ripped off from Horry County and DelFalcos.

This place is a rip off they tow your golf cart from the beach on Saturday then tell you the office is closed till Monday so they can charge you more money l would give them no stars if I could there website says they are open 24 hrs

Excellent service..prompt and courteous..
Had a blowout in my doctors parking lot..truck was there within a half hour, changed tire with my donut..advised me to go to their office to see if repairable..wasn't..ordered new tire and will be installed in the morning..easy on the pocketbook.
Will always recommend this business.

I can't thank Teddy and everyone enough for figuring out how to repair my car. Due to the age of my car, all of the parts were not available. But, they came up with a solution for me and kept me informed every step of the way! I recommend them 100%!

I do not work for, DeFalco's and am not applying for a job. I simply wanted to submit a review of the excellent service that I received by Craig of DeFalco's Automotive & Towing. yesterday, July 11, 2024. When leaving the Claw House Restaurant in Murrell's Inlet, our car would not start. No electrical components seemed to be working. Not even the radio. I called AAA and they sent out Craig from DeFalco's Automotive and Towing. Craig arrived and immediately introduced himself and went right to work. Craig was very polite and explained everything he was doing to get the car and electrical components working. Overall, he did a great job and my wife and I felt comfortable that he knew exactly what to do. Craig got the car started and we haven't had a problem with the car or any electrical components since. THANK YOU CRAIG !!!! I'm a very satisfied customer!

Absolutely outstanding service. Cameron was wonderful and went above and beyond and was so friendly and helpful. Being in a situation where your vehicle has to be towed is pretty much always a stressful situation, but he took the stress out of it, made sure I got where I needed to go, and took great care of my car. This is the only towing service you should use if you’re in the area!

1st ever visit was July 2nd later in the afternoon because of a Driver's side electric window fail. All employees were very polite and an appointment was made 1pm on July 3rd. I arrived and they troubleshot down to a fuse replaced and I was out of there in just over an hour!
Very busy shop but treat you very well also. Will be back again! Thanks to Teddy!
