Lost another customer today!!! Have been to store almost daily since their opening never had the slightest problems tonight I was denied my purchase because I didn't have my ID for cigarettes I know it's their job and the law but to to just force authority is disrespectful I understand carding a new face or because someone doesn't look 18 but to do it to someone you see nearly daily and have sold to with no problems a thousand times before is petty and an abuse of power I am 45 years old and a loyal customer I will take my money my business elsewhere

This gas station just changed managers. They are only open from 7am to 3pm. Went to store to 7:05am, same time I always do, and they were not open yet. Employee refused to open store when he saw me at the door. Terrible. Old manager would have never done such a thing. If your going to be open for only 8 hours, at least actually BE OPEN during that time.

Even though we have come in this store all the because we are locals they refused to let me use the restroom because they were to lazy unlock the door. It was a blonde hair boy who seemed a little feminine.

Dear Manager Lisa: We have edited our comment since yesterday it was just too long. We have had repeated negative experiences with your Clerk Lisa??? (blond hair). We just wanted to bring to your attention that she is VERY RUDE to Your customers on a regular basis. Lisa is short tempered, belittling, slow, sour and just overall rude. Maybe she should not be working with the public. Just one simple example: We have had the experience personally and witnessed Lisa being very rude if you bring a large bill to pay particularly now that your ATM system is down. We frequent your store numerous times a week as do our friends/neighbors. Lately less so during the day. We have witnessed on more than one occasion her turning customers away for one reason or another. Like an 80-year-old person doesn’t have their identification, People bringing coins in or large bills. The evening girls are a pleasure always kind and polite and also your other Clerks during the day. Overall you have a great store (but for this one exception The rest of your staff is exceptional Nicole Tatina Amanda Sandra) and we appreciate Your store and You. As small business owners in the area we thought you should be made aware of the situation because it is a poor representation of Your store and Your Management. And we would want and appreciate such feedback ourselves.

My husband and I were going to write a review for your store but we noticed others have had a similar experience with samecler blonde older woman. Someone wrote that she was very rude and sour. We could not have said it better ourselves. That sums up our experience when visiting your store. We were in the other day and asked if you had a certain item and She just snarled at us and walked away. Otherwise other experiences have been very positive. Sorry wish we could give you more stars.

Went to this location for Cigarettes. Sent my niece (who is of age). Into the store for me im handicapped can barely walk. The girl at the counter would not salw her the Cigarettes. Said they did no sale Cigarettes to anyone with a north Carolina. ID. I say she is racist. What he did is illegal and should be fired. I will never shop circle k again. I will be calling the manager foe that store.😡😡😡.I'm Cindy Wingate from Gastonia, nc. Age 60.
