Great clothes that are very reasonably priced. Ladies are very helpful. Only down size is that they don’t stock many small sizes so you have to order items but shipping to the store is free.

HORRIBLE! I would give a zero if I could. So, so disappointing. I am a former Cato TSM of 8 years and this makes me sad for the company. My husband and I were in the Surfside location around 6:30. The employee was behind the desk. She never greeted us, when she came out from behind the desk, she went into the backroom, then came out and started looking at some clothing herself. NEVER asked if she could help me with anything, nothing! She seemed to be looking for clothes herself. She then went on the opposite side of the store that we were on. very depressing visit. Will never return.

I was never greeted and the lady was literally standing right in front of me and looked me in the eyes. not even a smile from her. she never asked if she could help oranything. it was only her and I in the store. I would’ve understood if it was busy but their was literally no one in there. so I left after looking around for a solid 2 minutes because I didn’t want to be in that environment. the selection was poor. I use to love this store but i don’t know what happened to common courtesy.

I like Catos but they really don't carry much for people over 30 to 40 years old. I have purchased in the past and the clothes held up great.

I went in just to look, I wasn't greeted when I entered and there was a lady on the floor near the door when I entered. The experience wasn't great but it wasn't bad either.
