“I rarely give 5 stars but these guys deserve it!! I highly recommend Arcadian Auto Glass. While visiting the area a crack in my windshield worsened and driving became a hazard. I left a message after hours, and was called back the very next morning and on a Sunday. Ben went out of his way to help me get everything filed correctly with my insurance company and was able to get my windshield replaced the very next day!! “My car broke down and I pulled into their lot. Well they were closed and staff was leaving for the weekend. As it was Friday evening and Belinda and Garrett stayed with me and helped me with my car. “A wild turkey flew into my windshield on my way from Charlotte to Myrtle Beach. I was only in town for 2 days and needed it replaced as quickly as possible so I could get back to Charlotte. I was able to schedule my appointment online, left my car at the shop the afternoon before my scheduled appointment and it was completed by 8am the next day. EXCELLENT customer service!”
“When a rock badly cracked our windshield on a trip to Myrtle Beach, we didn't know what to do. Our insurance didn't have a windshield repair appointment available for several days so we thought we would be stuck in Myrtle Beach. Luckily, we found Gary and Associated Windshield Specialists. He tracked down the right replacement and kept us informed throughout the weekend about when the car could be serviced. He also came to our hotel early Monday morning and personally drove our car back to his shop.
