We rented a condo thru Beach Star for three months while waiting to move into our new home. Barrett and Christian were wonderful to deal with. They went above and beyond, especially when we needed a VERY last minute additional unit over Christmas for some out of town guests. If we ever need another rental, we will definately use Beach Realty!

Barrett went over and beyond helping us, after hours showing us places and getting us in a place. The place was very clean and well kept! Would recommend beach star to anyone!!! Terrific people, great customer service, great prices. Will definitely use beach star when family comes in town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me!

Stayed at Waterway Village, for Feb. and March. Condo was on the Intercoastal Waterway. Enjoyed watching the boats and tugs. The beds, in the condo were comfortable, pots and pans were adequate for use. Appreciated the crockpot, Keurig, and regular coffee pot. The two chairs were recliners which was a pleasant surprise. Beach Star Realty was easy to work with from renting the condo to us leaving. A+

I rented from Beach Star Realty for 2years and if it had not been for having to relocate for work I’d most definitely still be a tenant of theirs! Beach Star was always on the ball when it came to anything that needed to be done around my place. They were very professional with making sure all things were done in timely manner and every efficient. I really just want to say thank you to the Beach Star team for making my experience amazing! Special thank you to Barrett for making my move out process very easy!!! If I were to ever move back to Myrtle/Surfside area I would mostly contact them 1st most definitely a 10/10.If I had any complaints it would be for the HOA (First Service Residential)of the apartments in which I lived. They were so hard to work with when it came to my boyfriends truck being broken into. They did not try to help at ALL.However with the amazing team at Beach Star they tried to help with everything they could and I appreciate them for that!Thank you BEACH STAR TEAM!!

Great group of people working at Beach Star Realty. Barrett was my property manager for the past year and he was extremely helpful during the whole process. For my first time using a property manager he made it a very easy process while providing great insight and quick responses along the way. 100% would recommend!
