Nice staff, but it's a crowded bank with long lines very often. The hours could be more convenient. It's comfortable in the seating area if you have to wait for a manager to do more complicated transactions.

Slowest bank I've ever seen. 1 teller that slowly helps someone. 3 other spots are vacant. Drive-thru is closed. Customers lined up to front door. ?

Surfside Beach, SC location closed drive thru, at 1215 with 6 in line, one teller leaves, one greeter there so i asked if they had any 4% or greater CD offers, was told to check with office people who had customers in office and waiting, Jennefer the teller was terrific she was friendly, helpful, answered my question and triple checked it was me b4 handing me the all my monies I withdrew to take to the bank down the street for a CD. Wake up BOA you need more Jennefer's and go back to providing good customer service.

So they open at like 10am and close at 4pm? I leave for work at 6a.m. and get off at 5pm. Oh yea they are closed on Saturday too. Will not print me out a fee checks when I ran out.. bank of America is trash

Seems to be a ongoing pattern with every branch , closed early, a skeleton crew of two tellers and 8-10 people waiting for 20 minutes or more . Perplexed how the biggest bank in the US is to cheap to hire an extra teller or two . Rarely write reviews but after the 5th time of the same old story I feel compelled to .

My professional experience and career now spanning over multiple decades has given me the insight to decipher when there is will versus skill or a lack there of. At this particular location there is undoubtedly a lack of will to satisfy the customer. There is undoubtedly the big corporations Theo that because of their size and volume they no longer need to cater to the needs of the customer. Having multiple products through this institution and by default multiple experiences I had finally made the decision through sheer principle that I had to close all my accounts, withdraw all of my phones and do business elsewhere. I suggest you all do the same.

Horrible experience, wouldn't even call another bank to verify a $17,000 dollar check. I was simply told "we don't do that here". I called and took 5 minutes to verify the check.

Been a BOFA member for over 20 years. I go to Surfside Branch most of the time. This time I went and 7 people in line one teller on and 3 bank officials over in front of the first office having conversations. I stood there and saw the teller was having issues with a customer line not moving so I left and drove to Myrtle beach to another Branch no idea why Ron or the other two could not assist in helping. Surfside Beach has many golf carts it was nice when my dog and I would drive to the drive up window but they osed that. It may be time to look for another bankclosed
