This place is completely unorganized you see medication laid out everywhere. They lost my medication and had to refill it when I came. Management needs to step in and make changes. I see from all the other reviews that there is definitely a problem.

This store is extremely understaffed. Prescriptions are one of the most overpriced items on the planet, so I know the company can afford to put more employees in the store. You often have to stand in line for more than 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. Drive thru can take even longer. I’ve also been left waiting an hour past an appointment time for a vaccination. Also, their restrooms are almost always out of order. This has been the case for over a year now. Some of us can not drive 20 minutes to the store, then wait around 30 minutes to an hour with no restroom available. Unacceptable conditions here for customers. I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Zero stars for this horrible place!! Google didn't give me a choice but to pick a damn star. They are extremely under staffed for the size of this pharmacy. I waited over an hour for a prescription that was already ready, I got a text 3 hours before I even went saying it was ready. This is not my first time coming to this location, I tried to give it another shot after surgery but never again!!! Avoid this place at all costs, don't waist your time here, go somewhere else!!!!!

What’s the point of an automated system to submit refills if all it does is put you on hold at the end to make you ‘wait on someone who can help with that’ then they never pick up?? Walgreens is pathetic.

The people that work at this Walgreens are rude! I will never use Walgreens again to get my prescriptions it took 3 days for them to get everything together and they were very nasty about it.

When you have a child at home with an ear infection, and you called the pharmacy to check on a prescription and they keep you on hold for five minutes then hang up on you... And you call back and they keep you on hold for another five minutes and then hang up on you... I only hope someday karma bounces back and they're the ones who need help.

I showed up here with a narcotic prescription and wasn't treated like a common junkie as most people are at Walmart or CVS. They treated me with respect. Most pharmacies these days already have a pre conceived notion that if you are so much as getting Tylenol three that you must have a heroin addiction. Thank you for treating me like a person and not acting like I have a problem.

After being on hold (on the phone) for over 40 mins. someone answers to say someone will be with you, and then after 50 mins and 7 seconds of being on hold, they hang up on me. Since Covid started, Walgreens hasn't been handling phone calls and refills as good as it was when they were open 24/7.

Im from out of state and always use walgreens pharmacy for my prescriptions and this location was the worst service i ever received. The service I received makes me never want to use walgreens again. The lady with long blonde hair in pharmacy didn’t really try to help my needs and gave horrible service where I couldn’t get my prescription

No stars whatsoever for me. The worst walgreens I've ever dealt with. The staff acts like they have no idea of what they are doing. If you have any prescriptions here please don't think you are getting your meds on time. They take hours and hours and hours to fill a prescription. My advice use another pharmacy people. Hopefully all the bad reviews will prompt them to change things but I seriously doubt it.

This place is going downhill fast. I get the same medications filled every single month, and every time I go to get it filled it is always something. It is not difficult. Do the job, or find someone else who can.
