Customer service doesn’t exist at this place and they do whatever they want because they are protected by the union. It’s sad we have to rely on the trifling lazy people that work here

I went out to The Postal Service spoke to the representative and showed him my tracking number and he told me he don't know where my package is at could be on two routes. But USPS system said it was there for pickup SMH.

My mail been stuck here for almost 3 weeks with no resolution. No good updates or nothing. Yall playing with my money and im not rockin wit this. Garbage
