Terrible customer service and even worst attitudes, if you don't have to, avoid this place. You can feel the negative vibe and it shows on their facial expression. Working with the public is not their forte.

Package scanner was down for two straight days. All I wanted to do was drop off a package with a pre-paid label on it. When a simple task like that can’t be completed, you know USPS is going downhill fast.

The old white lady that works there is constantly rude! I’m not sure if she work for the postal service or piggly wiggly. Whoever her supervisor should have a talk with her about her customer service and etiquette. If you don’t like your job and have to be rude to everybody then don’t work there.

I go almost daily to mail out packages. Always courteous and helpful. Quicker than the line at the Main Post Office.

I don't know what to make of this set up ?. When I first moved here. My mail was sitting in another mailbox stacking up. Now it's been since Monday and my email has informed me that I had a letter coming however I've not received any mail. Packages from fed ex etc . But not USPS. What is happening?? I was just told by my neighbor that this is known to happen and for me to look at the reviews. Here I am ?

Pick up your phone. USPS dot com said that I need to call this number to put a halt on a return to sender so I can pick up my package. I called at 10:am until the phone was picked up at 10:08am, when I was told to wait on hold. I was on hold for 56 minutes until I hung up and began calling again at 11:01am. I’ll keep calling until 1pm, because you have a computer part that I ordered, which I need in order to get my work computer operating again.

I had went to this post office cuz I had a shipping label that I had printed out on the PC and when I got there the woman was so rude because the paper wasn't taped and I don't understand a big deal about them taping the package up I mean a talk3 for Christ sakes UPS or FedEx has no issues with tape and a package up or anything the post office needs to do better

Extremely lazy workers. They won't deliver to apartments on weekends despite the office being open. Expect you to go pick up your own packages. Lost my package for two weeks and kept expecting me to pick it up. Finally delivered it after I complained and called them FIVE TIMES.Do your job.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The postal service is such a joke. They said they attempted delivery and never even came to my neighborhood. I asked multiple neighbors and the mail never came.
