First Tequalli greeded me with the most beautiful smile. I didn't know what I was doing. She grabbed my hand and walked me through every step of the way with that big smile. I have been here four times and all four times same big smile and so willing to help. UPS is blessed to have an employee like Tequalli.

UPS delivery is a reliable shipping service. Not the friendliest staff in the world, but I'll live with it if my packages get to where I am sending them.

Customer service was fine but lately all of my next day air packages always got delayed and won’t be delivered till 2-3 days later, and sometimes the packages were ripped when they’re arrived
