I'm not sure what the name of the gentleman that assisted me was, but his customer service was outstanding. He was extremely sweet and patient. He was simply a pleasant person to be around. I rented from them at 12:30pm on May 19th. Excellent service?would recommend

Worst place to go get Au haul truck. I when there for a truck for a day .I couldn't get it becuz of a bad snow day in sumter sc .so I call back the next day to let them know that I didn't move the truck becuz of the snow I coulda lied about it but I didn .trying to be a good American to tell the truth about the The situation but apparently that wasn't good enough that you guys tell me that a customer wants to rent out the truck tht I NEVER move BECAUSE of the snow day .and i ask can I rent another one out .and they tell me I can get the truck tht I never move .so yeah don't lie To your customers not good for Business
