“Absolutely reccomend Bailey's! Honest and trustworthy. We brought our car in with expectation of a blown head gasket and very costly repair. Got the call saying it wasn't that bad. Car was repaired and back on the road in two days. He showed me the broken part and explained how it would appear like a blown gasket. I will take all my cars to Bailey's for pre-maintenance and repairs and recommend you do the same.”

Broke down 25minutes from Sumter and had the towing company to us in under an hour at 7am on a Monday morning. Jordan was amazing to work with and very resourceful. “We brought in our 2006 Volvo S60 because it was making a metal on metal noise. We had previously taken it to Brown Motor Works in Columbia and they couldn't figure it out. They just said it was getting older and just makes noise. Newman's figured out what the noise was and fixed it. We also had them put on new Shocks, Struts and new headlight assemblies. Our car runs like its on rails again. Very professional and friendly. Didn't try to up sell me anything like most mechanics will do. When you've traveled in the military, it's hard to find a trustworthy local mechanic...problem solved. I will definitely be back!”

“Will use them again in the future if needed. Accurate and fair pre-work estimate and final costs were directly in line with the estimate. Excellent communication both before and after work was done. We had to wait a week or so to get in, once work was started. It was done in a timely and efficient manner. Can’t ask for more than that. Will give five stars.”
