“I was traveling from FL to NY saturday night. Around midnight my tire had a blowout, I did not have a spare tire (my car has some stupid foam for small hole). Even though it was far from their shop they helped me out. 3 months later my insurance asked about break down of the invoice. I contacted owner without any problem he offered me help. If not them probably i would have to stay somewhere in the hotel for the night and my car would have been towed to some shop which might not have be open on SundayI do highly recommend them!”
“Will use them again in the future if needed. Accurate and fair pre-work estimate and final costs were directly in line with the estimate. Excellent communication both before and after work was done. We had to wait a week or so to get in, once work was started. It was done in a timely and efficient manner. Can’t ask for more than that. Will give five stars.”

“First time getting tires here. Clean store, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The guys working here seem to get along well and enjoy what they do. To me that speaks volumes of the company. I loved that I could shop and pay for tires online (great website) then set an appointment for the service. Great extended warranty available. Free air check for anyone.One more thing...they don't try to up sell anything because they sell tires and wiper blades (which I i also purchased because of the price and free installation)”

“Took my Mazda CX-5 for oil & filter change on a Monday late afternoon. Was greeted with friendly smiles as soon as I walked in and both personnel were ready to assist me. The service only took about an hour, alot faster than I expected. I waiting in the waiting room or service lounge which was clean and there was a televisión to watch. Definitely would go back to get the car serviced again. Thanks!”

“I liked the friendly greeting on arrival at the store and careful documentation of my purchase of new tires. Cost was reasonable and I accepted the recommendation for alignment of the new tires after seeing the test results and having them clearly explained to me. I intend to have my car's maintenance with oil change, etc taken care of at this Firestone store in the future.
In addition, the fact that the store is open on weekends is very convenient.”
