Honestly the best gym in SC. it takes weight lifting back to its roots. I love this gym and the staff are awesome.

The Free Weight Gym has everything you need for your health and wellness. The facility is open 24/7 and provides a comfortable atmosphere to train daily.$35 a month and hands down my favorite place to exercise in Sumter.
