I called because I had a leak in my tire. I was told bring it in at 2:30 or 3. :00. I specifically said no. What's better for you? And if tomorrow is better I'll do that. No no. Bring it in today at 3:00 so I brought it in yesterday at 3 and waited till 4:15 when I saw my car was still sitting in the parking lot not being looked at. When I tried to pick it up and said I need to get home, The man agreed with me but just kept ignoring me. I had to ask three times and then get loud with somebody else and tell them that they were keeping my car hostage. Then I finally got my keys back. Had to ask about half a dozen times to get my keys back and then the guy looked at me like it was my fault that they're delayed well. We're trying to fit you in. Yes I understand that and I also understand that I told you on the phone. If today is a problem I can come tomorrow or any other day. Telling someone to come in for service and then making them sit for an hour and 20 minutes and then fighting with them about getting their keys back is ridiculous. This was a horrible, horrible experience and I don't know if I'm ever going back.
why do you ask people to make an appointment if you don't honor that appointment?

They did an awesome job working my car in on Thursday. They kept me informed. Thank You. But they dropped the ball yesterday (Friday). I called several times with no answer. When I did get an answer, they were busy and was supposed to call me back. No one ever called. I was 1 hour 40 minutes away. I wanted to know when they started and around the completion time so that I could be there when it was completed so that I could get on the road and head back to my orginal destination asap(3 more hours). I did receive a text when it was completed. They need to work more on their communication skills.

Very pleased with this trade-in. Kendrick did good, but sense that he was not very familiar with the Honda Ridgeline. Theresa on the other hand was extremely helpful and you can tell that she has a lot of experience! She and Kendrick were very professional and I'm glad I met them!

Got my CRV's oil changed here after making an appointment online. I made the appointment as early as I could and there was a line of 2 cars ahead of me, the service took about an hour - hour 1/2 and I used their lobby wifi to work while I waited. The woman service technician who handled my intake and checkout was so incredibly kind and explained things really well to me when they found a couple other minor issues. I really appreciate having a woman to explain car related things to me, I felt so much more comfortable asking questions. Definitely will return for future service and ask for her if possible because she rocks.

Service Department: New employee who obviously didn't know what he was doing. I had several things to be checked out along with an oil change. I asked that I be called with prices because I knew I could not afford to repair everything. I was called and the prices were close to $2000. I was not forewarned how much "looking" would cost me. $188 in labor alone. Total was $227. The only actual work was my oil change. Never again!

I relocated here from Southern California. My CRV Touring was due for her service. Freedom Honda found items that the dealership in California had been maintaining my vehicle since I bought it, but had not been conducted when I was told it had. Freedom Honda contacted me immediately regarding their findings. They requested I see the items that needed to be replaced because they don't make it a practice to up sale/replace unneeded items just to make a buck. Sure enough, what they found could cause some major damage to my vehicle and we were all surprised that I wasn't having any issues. My husband is a Veteran, with this proof they gave me a $100 discount. I wish every HONDA dealership was this professional and courteous.
