I am a senior citizen and Richard and assistants greeted me as I was special. He explained everything I had questions about and assured me that T-Mobile is the right service for me. He even helped me to my car as I am somewhat handicapped.

I needed to get a replacement phone due to port issues causing the phone not to charge up properly . When it arrived, I stopped by the store to have my phone files transferred and the store rep was more than willing to help. She was able to get the old phone charged up enough to get the files transferred over. I was there long enough to see how the other T-MOBILE reps interacted with other customers and they were also pleasant and eager to assist.

I wanted to either upgrade my IPhone 13Pro or trade my IPhone 13Pro in for and IPhone 14Pro the representatives Paige and Kayla was very friendly and courteous and was very willing to help me I was a T-Mobile customer for an 1 year and 4 months I have a business account and home internet with T-Mobile and I have 3 phone lines all of my phones are paid off and my credit line with T-Mobile is $1500 so tell me why when the representatives ran the phone for the upgrade it said that I needed to put down a deposit of $700 I told them that was insane and that I might as well buy the phone right out but correct me if I’m wrong normally when you do an upgrade you only pay the sales tax and the activation fee so no one in the store could tell me why I would have to pay $700 for an upgrade then they try to let me do an trade in so tell me why the trade in was requiring a $700 deposit as well so the representatives and the Magee from the T-Mobile store told me to call customer service to find out why I’m requiring a $700 deposit so I called customer service and I sit on hold for 30 minutes just to get a representative then they wanted to transfer me to different areas I told her no because first of all I couldn’t use my phone for two weeks cause it kept on saying SIM not available or at the top of the phone where the bars supposed to be it kept on saying SOS I called customer about that one of the agent didn’t try to assist me he told me that my phone was damaged am I needed to purchase a new phone and then he wanted to transfer me to Apple to see what Apple could offer me I told him finally I got a foreign telling me that I needed to go inside the store to get an E SIM card so I been back and forth with T-Mobile for two weeks with nothing but foolishness and headache from T-Mobile after I gave them $358 dollars this month for my phone bill and the lady told me that the only thing she could do was send it to the billing department I told here ma’am I thought I was talking to the billing department she said no ma’am you got me I said woman at this time I’m not being transferred again and y’all suck and so does y’all service I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND A DOG TO GET SERVICE WITH T-MOBILE because y’all only concern is getting a paycheck why would I put a $700 deposit down when I can just buy the phone straight out

Sean is awesome! I went in with a list of compatible phones to link with a new medical device. He was so patient, took his time and helped me make the right choice based on all my needs. Sean was friendly. I felt like I had known him for years. He gave me a card so when my phone arrives he will personally set it up for me. He also offered helpful advice so I'd be successful with my new purchase. What a blessing he is to customers and his company.

We are currently living out of a camper and needed a solution for internet. Bill was amazing and worked with us in every way possible to get us an answer and provide us with great service. His customer service was impeccable and truly had the greatest attitude. Would highly recommend working with Bill when you go to this location.

Work with anyone BUT Charles. From the beginning of the transaction he was very short with us. He was not professional and did not care to share any of the information that was asked of him. He rushed the sale and not explain anything that I asked him to explain when I was buying an iPhone 14 pro.

My son’s phone, which we lease from TMobile, suddenly lost the ability to hold a charge. I went into the store to find out how to get the phone fixed or replaced. When I explained the situation to the customer service rep, she looked at me like I had three heads. She said, “We don’t fix or replace phones. Do you have insurance?” I said, “Yes, we do. But an insurance claim would require me to pay a deductible. I don’t understand why I should have to pay to fix a phone that belongs to TMobile and quit working through no fault of our own. It’s a defective phone and needs to be replaced. If I lost or broke this phone, I could understand that logic, but that’s not the case.” She then proceeded to tell me (with a whole heap of attitude) that that's just how it works and my other two options were to take it to Best Buy and get it fixed or to buy a new phone – again both of those options to be paid for by me. I knew what she was saying made zero sense, but she insisted she was right and it literally seemed, right from the start, that she never had any interest in actually being helpful. In fact, it seemed like she was going out of her way to gaslight and be unhelpful. She got extremely belligerent and was making hand motions and giving me side eye, so I responded to her with the same hand motion and side eye. She did not like that at all. She stomped off while yelling “I don’t have to help you!! You can just leave the store!!” She pulled her mask down to make sure I could hear her rant loud and clear. At that point, another customer service rep came out, who immediately seemed much more patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. She informed me that they used to be able to fix phones but recently that policy changed, and that I may have to file a claim, but since it sounded like a simple battery replacement, it’s unlikely I would be required to pay a pricey deductible, but she wasn’t sure. She gave me a couple numbers to call and instructed me to call TMobile first, to find out for sure what needs to be done. To her credit, she seemed like she actually had a sincere interest in helping me and was genuinely apologetic for the other employee’s unprofessional tirade. So I went home and called TMobile, and I was told that I DO NOT NEED TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM. Just as I suspected, TMobile is responsible for replacing a defective leased phone. They are sending me a new phone and I just need to send the non-working phone back to them. Moral of the story: Save yourself a trip to the store. Apparently, the TMobile phone agents are much more knowledgeable than some of the in-store reps, so you might be better off calling them first.
