Nost times you are greeted as you walk in. The people are nice. Sometimes you find one person out the group who doesn't want to work and that was Tueaday for me but it was all good. Ordered a pair of slip in and purchased a pair. Yes, I'll go back.

I go to Shoe Dept. to buy Timberlands and Pumas. The store is always clean, the staff are usually smiling and never too busy to help me find shoes. Once, a size didn't fit right and they let me come back and swap them out, no questions asked. I like this place and out of the 4 locations I've shopped at, all 4 were pretty much the same good-vibe environments. At this point I'm probably a loyal customer! 5 Big Stars!

First time in there; friend recommended this place since I have big feet and can't seem to find size 11 shoes at most places. Staff was friendly and helpful. Found exactly what I needed and it didn't break the bank. Great selection of brands and types of footwear. They also have a rewards program that's free to join. Will def go back!
