However today when I stopped at Staples in Sumter, SC, I met an employee named Mercedes in the copy and print section.

I was sharing my failure at OD with Mercedes and asked her if she would be willing to help me.

Help is what she did but she went above and beyond with her help. She got my copies made exactly as I needed them. She was so very polite and professional. Now I’m a chatty girl and I enjoy meeting other Kathie’s. I won’t say Mercedes is a chatty Kathy but she is an amazing human being. She listened, asked questions, and responded to my exhausted chatter.

I hope Staples realizes what a gem they have with Mercedes because she just converted a die hard Off. Dep. girl to a die hard Staples girl.
