First appt, they exclude my service dog illegally. They drug test me without notifying me (for 75 drugs), which would have been fine HAD THEY BOTHERED TO ASK, but it's extremely violating not to even mention it. The NP says everything to me that any medical professional should know not to say to someone with my disorders. They decided not to prescribe my meds before they bothered to consider why I need them. Following appts, they attempt to exclude my dog again, give me the runaround, play "Pin the Drug on the Donkey" or "Musical Meds", either way it's extremely disrespectful and harmful, they insinuated a couple of pretty offensive things, they tried to put me on freaking cholesterol meds for the first time ever 11 pts high (because I don't have my medication so I can exercise and cook), they refuse to allow me a way to communicate with my therapist (who is the only person I'll communicate within their company at all now) and refuse to include my therapist and/or ask her input on my care/treatment. Overall they're simply inadequate. ~retired healthcare worker

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor for three years. He hasp played a key role in helping me manage my diabetes with great success.Taylor is patient and takes the time to explain his thoughts. I am hearing challenged and communication can be very difficult at times. Dr. Taylor often takes the time to write down what he wants me to know.In my opinion Dr. Taylor develops the relationship with his patients that all Dr's should.

My last visit was horrible the young ladies at the front was amazing. But they have someone else filling in for my regular doctor and I just feel like she didn't take my symptoms seriously and didn't help the way a doctor should. I'm just going to look for another doctor office that can help me feel better

This practice has gotten progressively worst, not better over time. If refills aren't filled there, it's takes forever for them to be forward to the pharmacy of your choice. Metformin is refilled like it's a narcotic drug. In the past, my prescription medications were refilled every 6 mons. Walmart pharmacy will contact me that the office hasn't responded to their refill request after more than 3 days. I have to contact their home office in McBee in order for Sumter to respond to simple request. I wouldn't rate it one star at this point. I'll probably transfer over to a competent medical practice soon.

Place is a joke... had an appointment for my father who is very disabled at 9:40am they call and reschedule it for 9am so i am now rushing to get him dressed and out the door the doctor doesnt even come the room until 9:54am because i went upfront to see when the doctor would be in to see him and the whole staff is on the phones texting and laughing

The only reason I gave it one star was because I had to but I will be switching Drs because obviously Sandhills can't get it together! I suffer from migraines and I had a phone appointment with Dr.Taylor and he was suppose to call medicine in for it and never did and then asked me how my anxiety was and I explained to him it was horrible and he totally ignored the fact and started talking about something else! Very unprofessional! This is the second time I had an appointment with this Dr and nothing was resolved!

I was extremely happy with the care I was given. The male doctor was very thorough, sympathetic, and had a great bed side manner. They're are extra forms that have to be done in order to qualify for the Sliding Scale fees. Recomended

The staff is great but the physician (not saying names) makes me feel like I’m wasting their time. I don’t go to the doctors often. I try and figure things out myself, but once I’ve reached my whits end I go for help/advice and im talked down to like I’m an idiot. It’s not comforting. Looking else where for a primary.
