My grand and I was looking for a ball gown/dress for the Sneaker Ball her dad was taking her too. We went in. Told the lady what I wanted and we found a dress within minutes of being there and the price was great as well!

We went in to the shop not knowing what to expect as we needed to find a prom dress for my daughter. My daughter had a certain expectation of a dress so I didn’t expect to find it in a small town shop. Low and behold we walked in met Betty told her what my daughter wanted including colors and the first dress she pulled out she asked me if the price was ok and then put my daughter in the fitting room with the dress. First Betty knew her size better than us because she put her in a small and we were looking for a medium. My daughter came out of the dressing room so happy that was her dress!! Betty is her Fairy Godmother!!! We also found the perfect pair of shoes to match in the exact color. Betty was so kind bragging on my daughter even to another of their regular customers. I could not have asked for a better experience. She was even able to give us info on a seamstress to have the dress hemmed. Thank you Betty you made my daughters dream come true!!!

I needed a dress in a couple of hours so I stopped by Queen's Fashions for the first time and I found the perfect dress. It fit perfect and it was reasonably priced. They owner was very helpful and nice. I will go back there again.

TERRIBLE customer service. As a “woman-led” business, the fact that the employees or whomever degraded young woman is unacceptable. Telling a teenager that something “looks” like it wouldn’t fit and asking if she was shopping for someone else. This is awful business! Don’t shop here unless you like to be degraded and judged immediately.

I am deeply sadden to report the owner and the employees of this store are very cruel human beings. They disrespected and harassed a female for going into their store asking about a clothing item. They considered her to be too "FAT" and thus would not help her and treated her life crap. The mother tried calling to discuss the issue after she found out about the incident and the person lied saying they did not know when the owner or manager would be in etc...Come to find out it was the owner herself. The mother actually physically went down to talk and the owner admitted she will "fat"- shame anyone and that no one over a certain size is welcomed at her business. Thinks she forgot that about 50% if not more of her business comes from "fat" women who are buying items for their daughter or someone else. IT IS NOT A STORE OWNERS BUSINESS TO KNOW WHO IS GOING TO WEAR WHAT OR HOW.. just your job to supply the service and the product. What is even worse is I am all the way in Michigan and I heard about the whole situation. Way to ruin your life and your business. SHAME ON YOU!

I would give zero stars if possible. My daughter asked to try on a dress and was asked if it was for someone else because it didn't "look" like it would fit her. She left in tears. You are awful business owners and bullies.
