The Aquatic lady was rude to us, we came in to buy two goldfish for our tank and she (the employee) got upset and fussed at us about the size of our tank (How does she know what size our tank is?) It was very unprofessional and even the manager that was working, who had no idea what happen or even try to figure out what was going on decided to side with her, and told us to leave after us questioning why we can’t buy from them.
Keep in mind all we wanted was TWO TINY GOLDFISH!!
I thought that any store out there has a goal to sell, this Petco is ridiculous that they don’t want our business and that’s fine. I can’t wait until PetSmart opens up in town.
Maybe PetSmart will have smarter and better employees than this Petco. Never will I shop here again.

I have had fish tanks my entire life and I walk in wanting 2 gold fish and they refused to sell them to me because my fish tank isn’t big enough to their liking. NEVER in my life have I been told by any pet store that I couldn’t put 2 goldfish in a 10 gallon tank! You wanna know where I’m putting the tank in my house too??? You want it documented on paper??? You think everyone in this town has a 40 gallon fish tank for their two damn goldfish?? The lady was ridiculous and rude! I will NEVER shop at this petco EVER again!

My family and I were shopping for a fish tank and we really didn’t know what we were doing. Karen swooped in and saved the day and taught us a lot on how to set it up and even pointed out some sales that were taking place we were unaware of that saved us 20% of what we were already willing to pay full price for!

When I went into the store to groom my dog at first everyone was very friendly. As I waited for her appointment time to come up I walked to the grooming desk and the groom at the desk was very rude! I left because the time and date had a mix up which is okay with me. But the service from the groomer was very disheartening. She didn’t greet me, she talked to me like a child as I remind calm. When I walked out she canceled my appointment not even asking if that was what I wanted to do. I will never take my Zoe there again!

Went to take my dog for vaccines and walked around twice looking for the “vet” area of the store. Stopped a lady to ask where it was and she said right here. It was literally just 2 metal tables setup in the back of the store right in the middle of the aisles. That was odd to begin with and then the Vet was totally dismissive and texting on her phone as I stood there trying to figure out what was going on! You’re literally standing in the way of people trying to pass with carts while shopping and it’s so awkward. They didn’t even weigh my dog correctly, nor did they do a proper evaluation. She also looked improperly trained while giving the vaccines as well. Never going back here again!

Today me and my mom where going to get a fish because I had a fish for 12 years and he is lonely by himself so we to go get one and all employees we had ask for help they said we don’t work here or sorry I can’t and they are literally not busy doing things and we left cus no one will help us . Please straighten your employees or get new ones
