I had great experience renting a storage from Palmetto Self Storage. What I found out about this business is the fact that it is clean, organized, safe, competitive pricing, great location, but most of all the great owner. I had the pleasure of working with Kurt to get a unit. Great person, very helpful and accommodating.

Safe, secure and excellent customer service is the reason I have been here since 2014. Eileen makes sure everything I need to have 24 hour accessible to my unit. On several occasions Elieen communicated with me during weekends and holidays to ensure everything was going smoothly. Thank you for making my moving and storage experience a good one!

This place was excellent. The customer service was professional and personable at the same time. I really appreciate how Felicia reached out to me a couple of times, to introduce herself and the facility, and she even called to make sure I was the one who removed my truck from the site, and not someone else. Really appreciate the personal touch.

Great service and great price to park my Travel Trailer RV. The site said 25' but I called and Eileen helped me find one that would fit my larger camper. When I pulled in the front gate wouldn't work so the owner Kurt and Eileen went above and beyond and made the side gate full access just for me! Highly recommend
