The salesman who helped me was not helpful. it wasn't that he wasn't trying. he just didn't know what the hell he was doing and then started giving me incorrect info. that's when I left. I'm a way he did help me a lot though. I now know not to go back to that store on Broad in Sumter.

Very rude! The guy didn’t even greeted at the door and when I said hello he just gave a blank stare. I guess I wasn’t the right color because otherwise I would have been greeted. If you want to be rude or don’t want to provide customer service go and find another job! I’m sick of the rude people that can’t be friendly regardless what color you are!

Rude asf!!! Did not greet me coming in, and when I spoke and said hello he just gave me a blank stare. If you don't want to give customer service, or want to talk you're in the wrong business! I guess I wasn't the right color otherwise I would have been greeted at the door! Do better or get happy people that greet to work in the store!!! I wish I saw the name tag.

This store is ran like a well oiled machine. Regardless of what we need we drive out of the way to this particular store. The Store Manger Edward and his team are a wealth of knowledge in so many ways. definitely a one stop shop!
