Nathan and staff were so welcoming, attentive and efficient. Nathan listened to me and I was appreciative of that. His communication was superb from the initial call to text and even after purchasing. I told him what I wanted and he stayed consistent in getting me in it. Everyone that contributed to my purchase was very informative, and helpfully. I wish you all many more sales and happy customers. I love my 2023 pathfinder.

Had a great experience compared to Scott will Toyota. I got offered 1500$ more than I got offered at SWT. Johnny and the manager were great , and changed my mind on dealerships as a whole. They were honest and tried their best to compromise with what we wanted

Took me a while to write this but here is what’s important to know about service advisor Ross. 2019 I googled best service for x(my car) in Sumter sc. This google search lead me to Nissan of Sumter where I meet Ross. I seen Ross at the desk handling business like no other. There was something that made me trust him and that something was revealed over time. I’m hesitant about car shops due to impersonal and personal experiences. After many years of turning to Ross, I can confidently say he’s the type of man you pray your child would have as a car advisor. I know there won’t be another Ross but this doesn’t take away from the good work the staff do here. Ross I pray that you have many years to enjoy your retirement! You’re going to be deeply missed.

Nissan of Sumter gets a 10/10 from me. The Sales Rep. Justin found the perfect vehicle we were looking for. He didn't rush us and he took his time telling us about other options. The finance manager Jeremy he was awesome. We got approved at one interest rate, and to find out later that it was lower than what we expected. With that being said if anyone is looking for a New Nissan, I would highly recommend Nissan of Sumter. We purchased the new 2024 Nissan Rogue SL premium package and we love it.

I really liked the car. At my age I wanted to finish the deal that was in my opinion not the best I could get. The fact that I couldn’t get any discount off the sticker price specially with the 2025 models coming soon left me uneasy. I love the car. Thanks.
