I really miss Eulinda who ran that store, like a well oiled machine! Excellent customer service and every one that worked under her, had great customer service!! Since Eulinda left the store, it's a mess, customer service is so low it's ridiculous! Grace, April and Angie are very good at their jobs, new hires need to get some much needed customer service skills ASAP!! Manger Ellie Mae (Jessica) isn't the most pleasant or customer service oriented. She prefers to sit in the corner and scroll through her phone while the lines are out of control and could care less about helping the cashier that's swamped by opening the second register!!!

April, the shift lead, stood and talked to her friend forever and was overall hateful towards me. She acted like she didn’t want to do her job and instead wanted to sit and talk. She refused to listen to what I wanted and yelled I at “I got you!!” When I tried to correct her before tearing off the wrong lottery ticket. Hateful is honestly an understatement will be calling corporate!!
