“Five stars is for the Sumter SC location only. My portable oxygenater (Inogen one) kept giving me an error message. Over heating. I live in Florida and couldn’t get them to call me back. I WENT TO SUMPTER OFFICE AND A WOMEN NAMED TESS TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUE. TESS PROVIDES THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD RECEIVE. THANK YOU TESS. YOUR BOSS SHOULD GIVE YOU A RAISE.
