The salesman was great but unfortunately they had very little vehicles on lot that we were interested in. I know it's a sign of the times but there are other dealers that have more vehicles on lot.

Terrific experience! After spending the day contacting/visiting 9 other Ford dealership we found our deal on a hard-to-find Maverick at McLaughlin Motors. Specifically, Adele was direct and no-nonsense in her approach with us, explaining the details of the deals with no ambiguity. After trying to work with the other dealerships, she was the first that we felt was straight with us, and was also the most seasoned representative we saw. Likewise, the completion of the transaction with the finance office was relatively quick and painless. I would highly recommend the team at McLaughlin for their next Ford purchase.

Our experience at McLaughlin Ford was the easiest transaction. They offered what we had wanted and no hassle, no stress. Our past experiences had us be ready for the back and forth but there was none of that. Our salesman, Clayton was not pushy and patient. We have dealt with a few salesman and can say Clayton was one of the good ones. If you’re looking for a Ford go to McLaughlin and ask for Clayton.

I had an oil change. They damaged my hood so bad. I don’t know what they did to get it in that shape. The hood want even open hardly. They said they will fix the hood but I have not heard anything!!!

Y'all I had the best experience at McLaughlin Ford on Friday. I was scheduled for an oil change and a tire rotation. I take it in and wait on it. They let me know it's ready so I go out to pay and she tells me they had to replace the battery. I was like what?? Thinking why did you replace it and not talk to me first but then she says the battery was still under warranty (just got it from them last year) so I didn't have to pay for it. Nice!! Well as I'm about to roll out the service manager (I think) says nice car. We talk for a minute and I tell him I'm having an issue with water coming out of my overhead lights and below my dash. So he says my sunroof isnt draining the way it should. And I told him I read that and had tried to find the drains but I couldn't. So he tells one of the service guys to take it back to the bay and blow out the lines. I assured him that I would do it with some canned air if I could find the drain holes and he said I would need more forced air. So they did that and got me all fixed up!! I just couldn't believe that they solved problems that I had and ones I didn't know I had. Now I'm having to get the water off my floorboard but nothing a shopvac couldn't take care of. They are always so nice there. Definitely recommend!

I really appreciate the customer service. My representative was Dana and I have always felt like a valued customer with her. The honest evaluation on my vehicle is also appreciated there w no false claims for needed repairs.

I have made several appointments with them to fix a ford explorer that I bought in 2021. There are several issues going on and want to get them fix before the warranty expires. When I came in the day of the appointment they did not have anything in the system. This situation has happened 5 out of 6 times. They take your call and information but do not create the appointment. I would stay away from this dealer, and the other ford dealer in garner's ferry. First and last time buying a ford.

Great customer service... though slow. Recommended but with a 5.2L V8, expect to pay $79+ for an oil change only! Not gonna happen again...

Service department is horrible. Sent our little shop vehicle, 2008 Ford Escape there to diagnose and repair spongy brake issues. Vehicle was delivered Apr 18th. We kept getting the run around when it was going to get fixed, was told anywhere from waiting on parts, to wrong parts ordered, to your next in line to get repaired. Finally after being over there for over a month. We told them to stop working on it, and went and picked up. The brakes are worse now then what they were before taking it over there. Apparently they kept throwing parts at it, hoping to fix it and like I said, its worse then before. So long story short, we paid $1800 in repair bills for them to keep the SUV for a month and not fix the issue. Wish there was a - star rating.

It was time to service my car. I had an appointment and I was seen promptly. The wait was 1.5 hour. The staff was courteous. The car is doing good. This was a great experience.

DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM HERE. They will screw up the order and you’ll be charged for shipping both ways! Order mudflaps for a 2020 F450 King Ranch and Steve Brunson (the manager) sent the wrong parts but can’t simply refund the entire payment? Why? Did I order the wrong parts? No I called in with the VIN and this is what I got. Now I have to pay half of what they’re worth in shipping to get my money back!?!?!! Great customer service. I think I’ll just burn them instead.

One of our vehicles power steering went out and it required a computer chip. We all know how that works after Covid. The service manager found us one and had the vehicle fixed after 3 weeks of quitting. Our teenager was very happy to have his vehicle back.
