If I could give them a zero I definitely would. Forget about ordering online, only if you want to wait forever before they get an employee to help you. They are so undermanned and the way they treat their employees is horrible...as I witnessed it myself. I feel none of their employees are trained properly because they can never help you in a timely manner. They are always looking for someone else to take care of the situation, as they have not been shown how to do it....for example; ordering a door, flooring and even appliances. I had to deal with all section and it has waisted more of my time to were I will shop elsewhere.

Stopped in today and the visit was quite pleasant! Lots of employees who were helpful and most of the shelves had full stock. Much different than when we moved here a year ago. Thank you for the stepping up and making this a better store!

If you order online don't plan on getting your whole order in any reasonable amount of time . I ordered an entire set of new kitchen cabinets on Jan 10 , was supposed to be delivered on the 17th . I got about half my order on time , the rest according to the e mail would be delivered the following week on friday . Now I received another e mail that it will be here Feb 3 ut I don't think I'll hold my breath . Luckily I had room in my garage to store the cabinets I did receive until I get the rest .

I quick trip with my sister to begin the process of decorating her house. While there we saw a Charlie brown Christmas tree for $139. We brought a ladder, mailbox and light socket fixture. We saved 10% military discount and a 30% off house closing cost. We saved $40. Thank you Lowe's for discounts and our Christmas tree we will buy when we get back to Jacksonville. I'm sorry guys no pictures. However I will take a picture of tree!
