$ 70.00 for a wash and wax of my truck which had been sitting for a long time so had mold all over the hood and top which I explained to the woman. Thought it looked great till I got home and really looked at the hood and top which were still covered in mold so I wound up having to wash it myself when I got home. I understand that it was a Friday but really top didn’t even look like it had been touched. Took me 30 mins to get everything off. WAS A WASTE OF $70.00…

I Own a taxi service in Sumter SC. I have brought two cars to this establishment to fully detail and wax my cars. I paid them in full in advance! The woman running this place is the rudest, laziest person I have truly ever met. After spending $320.00 with them in one day. They call me at the last minute and tell me the cars need to be picked up now. They where ready for an hour or more, but she could not pick up a phone. I asked for the owner to call me so I could arrange monthly or semi monthly service, he never did call. I will never use this service again!Services: Vacuuming

I dont know what happened to this place but I’m not fooling with them ever again!! I was the only car there took over an hour and a half to get my car washed! Then I left my mase spray in the cup holder. When I drive off—I noticed it’s gone!! I called and asked about my spray mase; I was told it fell out but I can come back to get it!! If it fell out why didn’t you put it back!! Thieves!!! It’s not worth it!!! Take your car somewhere else!!!

I came for a full detail on a Mercedes CLA which I was charged $140 for and was given a basic wash and inside vacuum cleaning. I have leather seats and they have the same spots form not being wiped down and I asked before service. Steering will has same spots from not being cleaned even the module area. Totally dissatisfied!!
