I have been a loyal customer to this dealerships service department for several years now and they are the most professional team that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have had 11 Trucks and 8 cars in the past 22 years and have had those vehicles serviced in and around 13 different states. All I can say is that this country as a whole would be a better place if they took some lessons from this dealerships service department. I just want to say by far. The best customer service in sumter south carolina when it comes to buying a car or servicing a car. Hands down the most professional place you can ever go. They will work with you. They're up front with you the help you in any way that you can. I've bought several cars with them and I will continue to buy cars with them.

While in Sumter visiting my son just being released from hospital, my water pump went out. I called Jones Chevrolet and spoke to Tim. He was fantastic and sched me for the next morning. After my scheduled tow thru insurance company, I saw Tracie and Ryan in service department. They were both very professional and assisted me with everything from getting my truck fixed quickly and a ride back to the dealership upon repairs being made. I would recommend Jones Chevrolet to anyone for repairs! The staff are awesome!!!!

This Dealership is what GM strives for. My experience from the time I bought my Vehicle, and my first Service Experience has been Flawless. I have a 5 star Chevy Dealership 7 miles from my home, but I chose to drive 40 minutes to this Facility, because I knew I was going to get good service, and they didn’t disappoint.

Brought in my 2021 Corvette Stingray for an oil change, they found an issue, I wasn't aware of, ending up helping me out tremendously. Thanks for being aware that something wasn't right. The service writer did his best to keep me in the loop, service manager was very thorough and detail oriented!! 6/26/24 Picked up my Corvette had a rattle, it's fixed, I'm happy LOL.

I am thankful to Eric in the service department for diagnosing an issue for me that was not addressed by another service department. Eric was accommodating and the service department was prompt.
