Our experience buying our vehicle today was the best car buying experience we have ever had!!! Our salesman David was superb and completely changed our view on the car buying experience. He made us feel welcomed and was so helpful in every aspect. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go see him. The next time we need a vehicle we will be going to see David at Jones Chevrolet!!!

The service is great my service writer is Laffit Valencia he's the greatest of all. He always keep up what's going on with my XT5 cadillac wouldn't trade him for nothing. My salesman ( David) is great also I bought 2 cars from them.

I purchased my vehicle from Jones 3 years ago and the Customer Service then was excellent. I have had the service to my same vehicle done at Jones for the last 3 years and the service has remained the same, excellent!! Devin in the Service department is the nicest CSR I’ve ever met and he made my visit today very smooth and enjoyable. Thank you Devin and Jones Chevrolet!! I love the vehicle but the customer service I was promised has yet to be delivered. I purchased a used car that wasn’t properly cleaned, have taken it up there twice to be detailed and both times left with a dirty car.
