The vet really cares about the animals' health. Our 15 year old cat was having trouble with his eye. The vet treated it and requested a follow up. Then he we treated (at no additional cost) and requested another follow up. Cat is well and all this was less than $150. Very pleased.

All of the staff, front desk, vet techs and the vets are extremely nice. Very friendly. The vet actually cares about your dog and will take the time to talk about its various problems with you.

I highly recommend this place! I take my 2 cats here, and they're always treated with respect. The service is fast and not very pricey. The staff is nice to both me and my cat and I would highly recommend.

Please don't fall for anything this veterinarian or the employees say. Many errors will occur and instead of immediately addressing them with you they will dismiss or deny what you say. Even when I chose to leave (bill fully paid). They were reluctant to give me my dogs records. My motivation for writing this review is that I spoke to a friend last week (a dog trainer) who had the same experiences as I did. Let me add that other than repeatedly speaking to the people at Guinard Clinic I moved on and have never since shared my story. For those who choose to stay. I truly wish you the best.

They're amazing! They got us in the same day, on Saturday, to express our pup's glands and clip her nails! Quickly, I will add!

People RUN AWAY!!THEY KILLED MY DOG!! They kept my money and put my poor dog threw HELL!!I took my pet in here due to my veterinary being out sick. My dog Baxter was very sick and I needed help. So my first visit here and it was a horrible experience! It gets a double zero!! I was told after a $265.00 dollar vet bill my dog had the flu and needed a B-12 shot. 45 minutes later my dog Baxter collapsed at home and could not walk and was very weak! I called the vet the next day and no vet was available and I would get a call. No call yet and 2 days later. I called my vet the next day and she took us right in. She felt Baxter all over and found a large mass in his tummy. She X-rayed Baxter and he had a very large cancer mass that had ruptured and he was in severe pain. I had to put him down due to this condition. This vet here still has not called me and after all the money I spent he did not even diagnose Baxter correctly!!! I would run away. It seems this vet is very money hungry and doesn’t seem to care about pets as he left Baxter in a horrible situation. I am beyond pissed and even my vet was very mad that they left him in this condition. I may send this over for an investigation because he charges for things and can’t even get the diagnosis even close!!! Baxter passed away 5-4-23.

Extremely overpriced and they force you to get an examination before scheduling spay/neuter and the vet is very picky about the condition of your pet. I had a set of kittens, one male and one female. He found a flea on them and wanted to charge me over $300 for and array of things before he would schedule them for spay/ neuter. I will not be back. That bill hurt, a lot.

If you care about your pets please take them to another animal clinic!!! The staff is unprofessional and they do not care about the animals. My dog hurt his paw and before my dog went to the vet my Mother-in-law gave him his pre-meds as prescribed by the vet because he is a hyperactive dog. When we arrived at the clinic for his scheduled appointment he was muzzled at the door. I asked the assistant who was helping the vet if I could go in the back for the examination and she told me no. So, I asked if they could do the examination in the room in front of me and she told me no again. She told me that it was the Doctor’s policy that no one could be in the room for the examination. So, I let them take my muzzled dog back there and about 20 seconds later they brought him back and told me that he bit them with a muzzle on. I told them that my dog had never bitten anyone and the assistant told me that he tried to bite them in the back while he was muzzled. The assistant also told me that my dog was mean when she barely knew him and that made me really upset because my dog is really sweet if you take a minute to get to know him. Then they told me that since my dog was not as calm as they wanted him to be they could not look at his paw that day.So they made us buy his pre-meds about 3 days before his appointment when they didn't even do anything on his scheduled appointment day because my dog was not completely calm. At the end of the appointment, the doctor said that since he did not look at his paw like he wanted to they were just going to prescribe him some pain pills and a stronger pre-med for the next time when my dog was already calm. Now my dog does growl at people that he does not know but once you take a second to get to know him and make him feel comfortable he stops the growling but he has never bitten anyone and he is not mean. But obviously, all they care about is money here and not the animals. This is by far the worst customer service we have received at an animal clinic.

I use to take my animals here, but changed because when Lynn left as the vet it seemed like the new people just didn't care as much about the animals. I took a stray puppy to them that could not stand up on his front legs, he walked on his front elbows. It was the saddest little pup. They said it was a calcium deficiency and wanted to charge me $450 to do surgery. I took the pup home and purchased a high calcium puppy food, within one week he stood up for the first time an walked on his front feet. That's all he needed was good food and caring for.
