“They finally add more self checkouts! It's a good thing about it. I just have a recommendation that would be better if people with less than 20 items use the self checkout and people with more than 20 items can use the cashier (Commissary in Osan Base, Korea did put the sign for this and it seems better and faster). The place here is pretty clean inside outside and has a large parking lot.”

“Great shop! Awesome selection of different cuts of meat. The employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve gone more times than I can count and had great service each time. If I noticed that they don’t have a specific type of meat out in their display that I am looking for, they pull out a fresh uncut version of what I need and allow me to choose the specific cut I want from it. I would 100% recommend going to them for any meat you need.”

“I LOVE this store! I have been to a few Piggly Wiggly stores and this is one of the cleanest stores with friendly staff and good prices. I also love their Deli and am glad that it doesn't shut down early and gives you time to get off work and still get a good meal if you don't feel like cooking. Bravo!”

“It's a normal convenience store. It has your typical stuff: gas, soda, coffee, food, snacks, lottery, newspaper, and slashes. It has a wide variety of these products. I stop by often when I pick up my son from Lakewood.”

“I do shop Walmart quite often, ESPECIALLOY for my food items..... BUT......I ALWAYS wonder WHY the MEGA SIZED Cheerios are marked at a PER UNIT PRICE of 29.7 Cents per unit, when the FAMILY-SIZED package of CHEERIOS is marked at 27.9 Cents per unit. ALL of the other MEGA-SIZED packages of breakfast cereals are marked at a LOWER price per unit.......than the MEGA-SIZED box of CHEERIOS!!! Check THAT out, My Peeps.........Walmart Management hasn't explained THAT to me yet.............the MEGA-SIZE packages of cereal SHOULD BE "CHEAPER per unit price".......not MORE per unit price.......”

“I’m a returning customer to this location. I’ve never really had any problems here. Staff has always been polite to my family and prices are pretty competitive. Reviewers complaining about low inventory should realize what’s going on across the country with the supply chains before they bash the Dollar General team that works there. Low inventory is a problem everywhere, not just at Sumter Dollar General.”

“My experience was pretty good at the Broad St location and I witnessed the ease of a shop lifter walk right in and picked up a few items And walked right out without paying. All while unmanned security Camaras are all over???.”
“Yum! Excellent cheeseburgers, home fries, and raw fries cooked real crispy (potato cut like circle chips). Catfish and everything cooked to order. Ms. Betty, the chef, was very nice and whips up a mean delicious lunch. The convenience is also well stocked with drinks, chips, snacks, etc.”
