Please don't go to GNC.. the employees are required to push product and don't know what they are selling. They will recommend a product to you because corporate wants to sell it. They don't care if it's bad for you. They recommended a mass gainer to a woman who said she was trying to loose weight. I heard them recommend creatine to a 16 yr old kid, this could damage his still growing kidneys. If you know what you want and have no choice go there but don't talk to the employees, they don't know a thing about nutrition. Just be prepared to pay too much for the product

I walked into GNC not fully knowing which multivitamin I should buy. I was greeted kindly by a gentleman named Alan. Alan gave of a first impression as caring and eager to help. He was able to ask/answer all of the questions I had. I left the store with knowledge and confidence with the products I walked out the door with. I would highly reccomend dropping by the location. You wont be disappointed.
