This morning of 9-22-24 the guy with dreads who was working this morning was really rude and unprofessional, I paid with cash for my products and wanted to pay for some gas with my debit card card and he made the remarks you could of did everything in transaction, then when I got my card out he grabbed it and said got to speed this this up sir, please gates do something about this, gates is the only place I get gas from, please don’t loose a customer

Went in to buy gas and drinks. several people behind counter playing, flirting etc. was told to go to the other side even though the registers were clearly on and working. the employer who took my money was courteous even though he was the only one actually working.

Went in the girl in the store was very rude I asked for my item she reached for the wrong one I then repeated it she rolled her eyes and after she got my money she through my change at me as I was leaving another customer walked in she was very nice to them I did nothing wrong all I said was the item and I repeated it and I even pointed it to her but she was very nasty and rude to me

Seven people in the store at 10:23 pm but your closed and I can't come in to use the ATM but I assumed 24 hours ment 24 hours not we close when we feel like and have all kinds of people inside the store and to have an attitude when your wrong is beyond me the dirty fat girl and the nasty looking white girl need to learn customer service and the people in the store needs to be replaced its always closed when the store clearly say the hours are 24 hours whos the manager of this place evaluation of your staff seems ideal at this point and despite how I frequently stop here I will not any more thank you for your conveniently inconvenience store

Poor customer service, the employees there make you feel as if you're an inconvenience,with their snarky attitude when they have to ring you up..What a shame it used to be a great place until the older lady passed.
