One of the absolute best mechanic shops I have ever taken my truck to. Dwayne and Mike always fixed up my truck in a timely manner and always figured out what was wrong with it. The shop as a whole treated me like family. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work on my truck. Service was 10/10. Layna was the sweetest person from day 1. I enjoyed spending time there.

Excellent work in a timely manner, reasonably priced and friendly staff. We drive 30 miles for service on 2 vehicles and an RV. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dwayne stands behind his work!

Highly recommend them! Dwayne was awesome, couldn't thank him and his team enough! We had to have repairs done to the brake system on our Dodge Ram 4500 on extremely short notice. When we explained we are traveling healthcare technicians and needed the repairs most ricky tick, the scheduler magically found an opening for us. Dwayne, then, not only somehow found the parts needed to fix everything, he worked well beyond closing time to get our truck put back together and still stayed within the estimate he gave us earlier that day. His willingness to go above and beyond allowed us to not miss a single appointment with our clients. This type of customer service is why I will not only use this shop for any future needs, but fully expect Fulton's Automotive to be extremely successful for generations to come.

Can’t say enough about Fulton Automotive repair and the great service they provided, Mary was the best , as we were transporting Rescue dogs back up North the headlights went out and we were stranded, Fulton got us in and back on the road , Mary was so kind and took us to a great place to get Breakfast, down the street , you guys are the greatest and will never forget the Kind and Professional service from Fulton Automotive.

While driving through South Carolina we had a squeak in our RV that was supposed to be repaired by the mechanics in Texas. Took the RV into Fulton automotive and they diagnosed the problem right away. It was repaired quickly and efficiently and I believe they are honest mechanics who did not overcharge me. If I was in Sumter South Carolina I would definitely make them my go to mechanics for our motor home.
