I don't recommend anyone to buy from here. They only want your money, I got a 2011 Ford Taurus car broke down within the same week of getting the car. The lady that I was talking to was rude and hung up in my face. And don't know a thing about fixing cars, then had the nerve to tell me that I didn't have certified mechanics to look at the car. Keep in mind that I took it to precision tune and 2 other mechanics to have it looked at.

Worst used car don't buy nothing form them. These people only want your money no concern for the customer. Sold As is is a understatement when engine and transmission break down after 2 weeks. They do not expect and work on their vehicles before they sale them even tho they have a mechanic shop. You be wasting thousands on a down payment on a juke car that you have to pay monthly for. No empathy for the customer in trying times like these. You better off going somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would I bought a Tahoe and 2 days later it caught on fire they wouldn’t do anything just said you have to file a claim with your insurance after I asked was anything wrong with the vehicle I was told no terrible place to buy a car from don’t recommend at all ‼️

My son Brought a pickup truck and Mr. Floyd and his daughters were very accommodating to our needs in finding the truck my son wanted with a good price to match. If you want honestly with a good press owned vehicle!

Got a lemon from here, was only $250 I was paying all my payments on time six months in fell on hard times, was three weeks late called to work out something Floyd himself the owner cursed me out & threatened to take me to court over a three week late payment
NEVER AGAIN!!

I would not recommend Floyd's to anyone. I purchased an F150 from them that I'm still dropping money into. I was persuaded by the salesman that it was a good buy and in excellent condition only to start seeing problems shortly after I purchased it. They made no effort to rectify the problem There are good dealers in sumter but in my opinion Floyd's is not one of them.

???BUYER BEWARE ??Bought a Durango here and had nothing but problems! If I could give it 0 or negative stars I would. He promised to fix it but never did. Broke down pretty much after I got it home which was 30mins away. I was still making payments on it even after that with the hopes of him fixing it. He ended up repossessing it after I finally got tired of paying for something that wasn't working. He put it against my credit. Wouldn't let me switch with a different vehicle. He got me for about $5000 not including the monthly insurance and registration fee I paid. SCAMMER???

Bought a lemon from this place van didn't come with warranty BUT they wouldn't even make it right with us drove it two weeks and transmission went out!!!! I have 3 kids and I needed transportation they didn't even care if advise everyone to stay away!!!!!
