Wanted to use smart coupons and register wasn't accepting the number. Asked cashier to put on suspend so, that I could see why it wasn't accepting. When I returned she started ringing the same item over. When I noticed what she was doing and corrected her she had an attitude. Cashier was more focused on who was texting her phone instead of making sure my order was correct. I've been a manager at Family Dollar for 8 years and her customer service was unacceptable and I will not be shopping there again!!

The cashier was very friendly and greeted me as usual when I entered. The only problem I had was they didn't have the Clorox spray that I normally purchase. I settled fot the value brand and I'll see how it is.
