Customer service needs some work (All the employees including the manager). They don't greet you when you walk in the store nor thank you after the sale. Other wise the store is clean & you can find items easy.

Customer service is good, store is most of the time clean, great prices, but I feel like outside area should be cleaner. There is always garbage laying around. I know it's not the best neighborhood but we shouldn't see trash all around all the time.

I was in family dollar this weekend and I must say. The most amazing and thoughtful person,I think her name was Hayley, help me with (and mind you right at closing time) getting some much needed items for my mother!! Thank you Hayley appreciate you and your kindness in a time of need!

Go here at your own risk. Shabby, theft ridden, poor customer care. It's in the hood and it's handled poorly.
