This is legitimately the worst Walmart I've ever been to. There were no cashier lines open and I had to self check out. I needed assistance and the employee walked past me three times. When I eventually flagged her over (after 10 minutes and three walk bys) she raised her hand and said hold on so she could finish her phone call. This is a terrible store, with terrible employees, and rude customers.

Absolutely the worst Walmart I have been in from anywhere up and down the East Coast. Most of the associates do not want to be bothered helping you with anything and they never, ever have the shelves stocked. If you ask someone why, they blame the nightstocking people. I know someone who worked as an outside merchandiser and she said that the back room where they keep all the stock was a nightmare. They have tons of stock and they just don't put it out. If you can go to any other Walmart, I highly recommend the one in Florence or the one in Manning. The one in Sumter is the worst ever!

I ordered a delivery on the Walmart + subscription that I paid for And instead of having a tons of issues like I normally do the order never came. As a matter or fact it sat there for 3 days and nothing until I cancelled the order. I then placed another delivery order that Walmart made a "pickup" So I get to Walmart at 0800 for my 0800 - 0900 window to pickup and I called the number on the sign over 10 times and no one answered. I sat there for 30 minutes until someone came to my truck finally. They pulled up the order and then left. Once they came back they had deleted my order and said that there was no order for me and nothing that they could do even though I showed them that the order was still active. I talked to the manager of customer service after a terrible time and she was far more rude than anyone else that I had spoke to at this point. So I decided to leave and was on Walmart's hold line for an hour but finally cancelled the Walmart + subscription. I will only go to IGA or anything other than Walmart in the future for the rest of my days. YOU GUYS SUCK!

The store is not organized and not well stocked. A lot of the shelves are either empty or cluttered. I've gone through Walmart pick up 3 times. The first time was fine. The second time, they didn't give me half of my order but still charged me for it. The third and final time, I waited for an entire hour with 2 other cars to have nobody deliver the groceries. Nobody was answering the phone. They just decided to shut down an hour early.

Do not go to this Walmart if you are white. Did not realize the location closed at 11 and the four people 15or so feet in front of me walked right in. I get to the door and they tell me they're closed while the old man calls me a f-cracker because I called them out on letting the other people in. Not to mention when I was in there earlier buying beef jerky in a five dollar movie at self check out I had to have a override because of the R rating on the movie. I literally stood there for 10 minutes while the lady walked right past me multiple times to help other people.

I come here a few times a month for the wider selection of food than the neighborhood Walmart has. Unfortunately every time I come in the store it is dirty. It seems as though cleaning measures aren't properly executed.

Awesome! Recycle your devices laying around the house for cash. This Walmart location is great aside from the damaged apple lightning cables used to connect and evaluate your phone's health.

Yesterday was the second time I bought Hidden Fate Pokémon Cards at Walmart that were glued back together. Someone is opening the packs and taken the cards that are worth money. I wouldn't buy any more cards from here.

Absolutely, the filthiest, most technologically inefficient, and inept Customer Service - Shame. From the moment you arrive, you notice that this Walmart is different - the Parking lot is dirty, carts everywhere, carts not cleaned and cart-racks broken. Now you enter the Store - entry way is filthy, floors look like they have not been cleaned in months. Most irritating is that there are very few CS representatives that actually know anything, and of course, you get the famous wave-off when asking for help: "somewhere down there." Lastly, you will be either standing in line for an unreasonable amount of time due to a lack of cashiers, or try the self-help checkout machines that are forever broken/in-opt. What more needs to be said - Certainly not what Sam would have appreciated.

The last two weeks dealing with Walmart has been a nightmare I ordered a intex 22 x 52 pool that was severely delayed with all the parts coming separately, no one updated me on anything and supervisors were actually lying to me. No one knew where my items were. They told me 2 boxes were in route, when I get to the store it's only 1 box. Called Walmart again and now they tell me the freight company inventoried it but somehow forgot to put it on the truck, 5 days later I get the last box. Now Guess what the filter is broken. So I call Walmart again and I'm told to basically return all items because they can't replace the filter because it's a bundle set. No no no. So next Supervisor tells me to re-order the same filter and when it comes put the broken one in the box and tell them it was damaged and that would take two days to come so I ordered this on Monday, June 3 it says two day Shipping and will arrive Thursday, June 6 ,so Thursday comes no filter and my pool is sitting filled with 13,000 gallons of water that's just sitting there and it's gonna start to change colors I have no pool filter contact Walmart and there's apparently nothing they can do , they gave me a 25 $ gift card, and re-order me another filter that won't arrive until Tuesday that's not sufficient enough they told me that UPS lost the item they can't find the item but this is the second time that Walmart has disappointed me every time I call customer service someone is lying to me telling me a different story of where my items are. Theres no consistency with Walmart especially with the amount of money I that I spend in the store you would think that I was a valued customer but obviously not. So disappointed now my children are sitting with a pool filled that they can't use. Shame on you Walmart
