“My tech Kyle was on time and did a great job. He helped me as much as he could. My truck has a factory lift so he was unable to re-calibrate my 360 cam. After doing the leg work and contacting Ford myself to figure out the best course of action to get the job completed I let manager know what I was told which is that Ford doesn’t work win insurance claims so Safelite would have to bring the truck to them to have it re-calibrated and keep it on the original claim. “My elderly and disabled father went into the shop today to see about getting a certain size and shape piece of foam to put under his knee at dialysis. It’s an odd request and not what Shadoans normally does. However, within 5 minutes they had a piece cut and shaped, and ready to go. When we asked what was owed he shook my dad’s hand and asked us to have a good day. I can’t say enough about the customer service and the desire to help those in need. “I had a pane in a cabinet door and a glass insert in a shelf that needed repairs. The cabinet door was done the next day after I dropped the stuff off and was there to pay the deposit. The shelf took a bit longer but was done in the time estimated. The cost for both was very reasonable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.”

“LIFESAVERS! I received a cabinet from Target and the glass in the door was completely shattered. Target was less than helpful and the manufacturer stated that because they were in San Diego that the likeliness of it arriving whole was less than 0. So I called Glassco and they were super helpful and kind. I dropped it off and was told that it would be about 2 weeks (because of the holiday which I completely understood) and then they called me 48hrs after I dropped it off and told me it was ready! It's perfect except the label for the replacement glass has a label that's upside down in the pane but I'm not going to fuss with it. I'm just glad to have my cabinet completed!”
