Customer services is second to none. When the initial diagnosis and fix didn’t correct the problem the staff immediately addressed the issue and initiated the fix. They had me up and running within a day and followed up with me to insure the problem was corrected. Highly recommend.

My car was towed in to QCCR on Wednesday morning and it was ready Wednesday afternoon.
I was impressed by the thorough inspection it was given. The inspection indicated a number of additional things that needed attention or would soon need attention.
I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost to make my repairs.
I highly recommend them.

They were thorough, they were very courteous to me in person and on the phone they got to me in a timely manner when I asked him to check other things out he did so and he corrected those overall I had an awesome experience with car Care and repair a wonderful establishment and I would recommend going to them over anybody else. It is very hard for a woman to get a good mechanic that they can depend on, trust, most mechanic see a woman coming they see dollar signs. He also gave me an itemized list of what he did and charges Plus he gave me a list of things that I might need to do in the future overall great experience on a scale from 1 to 10 I give him a hundred great doing business with him and his company thank you for the opportunity to tell my story.

The work that car care did on my car was top A work. Their customer service was very professional kept me informed of the progress that was being made on my car.
I could not have asked for a better experience. Also I had a problem with my car after they did the work. I took it back and they took care of the problem. The same day in a timely manner.My thanks to CC and the mechanic.

We took our 08 Volkswagen EOS to them. They went above our expectations. They did a complete inspection of our car. Not just what we asked them to look at. It was a pleasant surprise to me that they took the time to do this and give us a recommended repairs.
