The store was stocked nicely and they had a lovely selection of natural things. However, the lady was very nasty. It was as if she didn’t want to be there helping. There was also another situation we got into where I had to come back to the store but it’s a long story. The store would be 5 stars if she was a better worker.

There is a lady there with a short haircut who is very rude & needs to be fired. I asked her where something was & she acted as if she didn’t want to show me. They have a large variety of supplements but because of her attitude & customer service I will not be shopping there again.

Store hours are jacked up most people get off at 5 and they aren't open on Saturday.

Unimpressed with the customer service, the woman I spoke to didn't seem as though she really wanted to help me and had a bit of an attitude. Treated me like I was intruding on her time speaking to the people who were sitting in her store (looked like friends just visiting). Could definitely be more friendly and welcoming. I was really looking forward to the fact that there was a health food store down the street from my house and she completely ruined my experience.

I was pleased with this health food store, which I visited while passing through Sumter. The facility was easy to find, and I was able to buy several high-quality products that were, as far as I know, unavailable elsewhere in the town. I was waited on by two friendly ladies (who engaged me in good conversation before I left). In the event tjat I pass back through Sumter, I will probably stop at BJ's again. My thanks goes out to all associated with this business. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service.

My family made a stop to this location and it was awesome. We met a woman that worked there, by the name of Pam. Pam made shopping easy and had knowledge of just about everything there. I will be returning if I enjoy the products.
