I had a custom exhaust system installed today. I am well pleased with the work they performed. I found the staff to be extremely professional, well trained, and just out-right nice people. I highly recommend B & C Auto Pros.

Absolute worst experience with a mechanic shop in my life. Total waste of time and money. I had a 2004 Chevy Colorado that I brought to them for an alternator and battery replacement then it turned into them saying it was the PCM computer that was bad as well...they ordered a new PCM that took little over a week to come in but it wasn't programed so they order another one...another week and this one won't bypass the security system but once they FINALLY install the new battery and alternator they call to tell me that the PCM wasn't the issue!!!! Weeks of time wasted for nothing and 2k down the drain for unnecessary diagnostics for something that wasn't even the problem. I will never take any vehicle to this place again

Disclaimer: I had a very bad experience with this business.. Even dough my radio was stolen there at B&C, time do heal pain. Beside The work performed on the Jeep wasn't bad ( installed ball joints, tires, alignment and brakes)actually did a great job. I really didn’t appreciate the fact they try to sell me $7500 axle! When my axle was perfectly fine. I went and got an alignment somewhere else with no issues. Hopefully since this Incident with my vehicle. B&C shop practices being honest, upfront, competent and better business practices with the customers.

Great service. They have a partnership with a local tow company so getting a car to their shop is no issue and quite affordable. Plus they were able to quickly diagnose and fix my issue even though they were swamped with other clients. They called me prior to making any decisions about my car and let me know my options so I could choose how to proceed. Overall great communication, great service, great pricing. Any issue I have in future I’ll definitely be going to them.

Very professional and fast! I truly felt like they cared about me and wanted to make sure my car was great! I will be referring all of my friends and family here.

They may be a decent repair shop, but don’t bother getting a quote for exhaust work. Was quoted 459.00 to install a flow master. No duals, just the muffler and 3rd car delete. Make the drive to Brads in Camden and wait in line. Save yourself 300 bucks.

I had a horrendous experience at this place. I paid for an alignment, but they had the audacity to claim that it couldn't be aligned properly. As if that wasn't bad enough, they tried to upsell me on an adjustable suspension control arm for a ridiculous $430 when I later discovered the part actually costs only $140! This establishment lacks any sense of integrity, and they will never receive my business again. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this dishonest and overcharging place.

I came in without an appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful. They explained all the things that were wrong with my car in a way I could understand it and in the order of importance. They also let me know about their finance options. They have a really nice clean building. The waiting room is really nicely done as well. I will absolutely return and would refer my friends and family.

I took my truck here a while ago because all my coolant was leaking out of my truck. They said I needed a new water pump, several hundred dollars later, it was supposedly fixed. However, the problem happened again and stranded us an hour from home. An older gentleman in a parking lot helped us and immediately knew what the problem was. He said that truck has a common problem where a hose connector dry rots and breaks. He showed us that you can remove the plastic and secure the hose with a clamp. It cost me less than $5 and 5 minutes to fix. I told myself that the water pump probably needed to be replaced anyway but I was annoyed that we had gotten stranded after paying so much for my truck to be fixed.Recently we took my husband’s truck here because it had a check engine light. They diagnosed it and said the engine oil needed to be flushed and a censor cleaned. $268 to fix it. We picked the truck up after it was fixed, and the light immediately came back on. We took it back and they re-diagnosed it. They told us this time that the timing chain needs to be replaced and it would be $2,700. I’m annoyed because if they had told us this in the first place, we wouldn’t have wasted the $268 for something that wasn’t THE problem. We told them we didn’t want to have it fixed and they said we still needed to pay their $99 diagnostic fee again for the second diagnosis. This is what made me the most angry because we shouldn’t have to pay for multiple diagnoses, you should get it right the first time. They did give us a discount and charged $50 but it’s really just the principle at this point. You gotta be better at diagnosing problems the first time.I’m in no way trying to be rude, this is just what happened to us.

Had an issue with my vehicle, they “fix” something but the issue still persisted after I paid over 1k. Nice people who work there but now I have to do the work myself, I pay mechanics to do work I don’t want to, they need didn’t realize that I was a capable mechanic for over 15 years but I have arthritis and something’s are not worth the pain. At the end of the day they misdiagnosed my issue and replaced parts that were worn but still operational.

I eneded up spending way more money than intended! They needed me to bring my car up there on three different occasions just for a wheel alignment! When it was all said and done the problem still wasn't fixed!

Disclaimer: Jeep was broken into. Or I shall say they stole my radio. They going keep telling you wrong parts came in company sent wrong part excuse after excuse. Jeep was there for 2 months for a few hours job. They also try to order me a $7500 tube for me jeep which I didn't need RIP OFF. No competence whatsoever!! As I drove by B@C everyday I notice the Jeep was in the same spot not even touch. I would recommend negative- 10 stars if I could. Not trustworthy going lie to you a lot. Remember key work. WRONG PARTS CAME IN !! Don't say I didn't warn you. Bad customer service. You will be on hold forever once your car in service at least 30 mins plus. If your a new customer you won't be on hold at all. Run from this business worst service ever. Still upset I left my Jeep there for 2 months. I went there and took my Jeep and said no more games!! PS. Y'all can have the radio y'all stole from me.

My fiancé dropped off his Jeep to get some basic work done (tires, alignment, steering, etc). Initially the customer service was great, but that quickly dwindled and went downhill. What should've been a 1-2 day job quickly turned into 2 months. He was constantly promised that his parts were ordered and on the arrival date of the parts there was always some sort of delay or either he was told the wrong parts were ordered. Towards the end of the 2 months I intervened to prevent tension from further escalating between my fiancé and the store manager. We were told the part was going to come in only to find three days later that it was the "wrong part"....not to mention we were also given an elaborate story about how the store manager tried to retrieve the part from the delivery truck and then later told that they were going to Myrtle beach to pick up the part over Thanksgiving weekend. At this point we decided to cut our losses and pick up the vehicle only to find out that his Jeep was broken into and that the $2k radio he just purchased was stolen. None of the glass on his Jeep was busted so this showed that his car was as never locked. Even with all that took place the store manager was going to attempt to charge him for the balance, realizing how much that was going to add insult to injury he did waive the balance (which is why I gave them 2 stars). We also learned from talking to other locals within the area that the subpar customer service is a norm and that they're known for jerking their customers around due to their limited experience. It also appears that they're short staffed and rather than being honest with their customers they continue to take on more work than can handle. BOTTOM LINE: Save your time and money!!
